He has experience in real estate private equity, consulting, not-for-profit advising and project managing. His efforts have included asset management, financing, acquisitions, construction and development due diligence. Jerrod was a project management intern for the Development Division of the Jonathan Rose Companies, a green real estate policy, planning, development, civic development, and investment firm. He is pursuing development that improves communities and generates much needed economic development activity.
